The Mourning Meeting: Season 4, Episode 3

The Art of Grieving

Preston Zeller is an artist who took a year after the sudden death of his brother to paint a picture every day to process and express his grief, including using his brothers ashes in his art. He and Lindsay Lederman, an art therapist, partnered to make a documentary called The Art of Grieving that highlights the benefits of using art to mourn.
