Reach out to students with an activity they can do this summer

Are you looking for ways to stay connected to students or clients over the summer? Even if you do not work in a school setting, you can send this activity to colleagues, employees or friends if you know that are grieving as a way to let them know you are thinking about them.

A grief walk is a way to encourage time in nature, and quiet solitude and connection to the person that died as well as the many other people that have lived and died on the land. You can use this attached guide and follow it exactly as written, or just use it as inspiration to create your own guide or meditation.
